Did you know? The average cost of an unexpected visit to the veterinarian can cost between $800 to $1,500. Even with an unexpected expense of only $400, a whopping 27% of adults would have to borrow money or sell something to cover the cost!
What is pet insurance?
Pet insurance reimburses you for veterinary bills relating to unexpected accidents and illnesses. You can be reimbursed between 70-90% of the costs.
What does it cover?
Our policies cover unexpected expenses resulting in injury from accidents, illness, hereditary disease, and behavioral problems.
They do not cover pre-existing conditions, preventative care, or cosmetic procedures.
How does it work?
If your dog or cat is injured or becomes ill, take them to the veterinary clinic of your choice* to have your pet treated. You will pay the veterinary clinic directly and then file a claim to be reimbursed. It’s that simple!
